What this will give you In combat is a line showing the health bar AND the %hp left of the target.
Inside AND OUTSIDE of combat you'll also see a line that shows your current health in bright red compared to your max hp in dark red, current chakra in bright blue compared to max chakra in dark blue, current stamina in bright purple compared to max stamina in dark purple, and experience needed to level in bright yellow.
